Workshops

students in an online class

Overview

Inner Theater Workshops include group experiences of finding your own imagery with guidance and then being guided through rounds of tapping as a group. I will not know what each person’s experience is, but I can still guide a process that allows the imagery to develop.

What To Expect

  • Generally, we begin by discussing the plans and what to expect.
  • Then I guide the group experience. As in a guided meditation, you are following silently, focusing on your own inner experience.
  • For the rounds of guided tapping, everyone is muted on Zoom. Sometimes I will ask a volunteer to unmute and echo me through the tapping, sometimes not. Either way, you can speak aloud while tapping since all (or all but one) are muted to the group.
  • We then have the opportunity for discussion and sharing, but sharing is completely optional. Some people like to keep their inner experience private.

$$ varies – many workshops are free!

Requirements

  • Participants need to be familiar with EFT Tapping. We will not be teaching the technique in these classes, come ready to tap.
  • With that said, anyone unfamiliar with EFT simply needs to go through the basic process with my video and download my handout HERE. Then you are welcome to join us for an introductory Inner Theater workshop.
